DISTINGO is an apparel brand selling customized clothing and accessories. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.

2. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or design may occur.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed using Cash On Delivery (COD). Customers may inspect the product before payment.

4. Refusal of Order
Customers may refuse an order before payment if a defect or mismatch is detected.

5. Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size by referring to the size chart provided.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only before payment in case of defects. No refunds after payment. 

We offer exchanges for size or color within 24 hours after receiving the order.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and visuals belong to DISTINGO and may not be used without permission.

8. Support & Complaints
All requests and complaints are handled exclusively via the contact form on the website.

9. Limitation of Liability
DISTINGO is not liable for misuse of products or incorrect size selection.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

5. مسؤولية المقاس
اختيار المقاس يتم بناءً على مخطط المقاسات المعروض وهو مسؤولية الزبون.

6. الإرجاع والاسترجاع
الإرجاع متاح فقط قبل الدفع في حالة وجود عيب.

نوفر خدمة استبدال المقاس أو اللون خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

7. الملكية الفكرية
جميع التصاميم والمحتوى تعود ملكيتها لـ DISTINGO.

8. الدعم والشكاوى
يتم التعامل مع جميع الطلبات حصريًا عبر نموذج الاتصال بالموقع.

9. تحديد المسؤولية
لا تتحمل DISTINGO مسؤولية سوء الاستخدام أو اختيار مقاس غير مناسب.

10. الموافقة على الشروط
إتمام الطلب يعني الموافقة على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
