RETURN & REFUND POLICY (COD)

At DISTINGO, customer satisfaction is a priority. We aim to provide a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience.

Cash On Delivery (COD):
Customers are allowed to inspect the product before payment. If the item has any defect or mismatch, the customer may refuse it before paying.

Quality Control:
All items are inspected before shipment to ensure quality.

Size Notice:
To avoid size issues, customers are requested to carefully refer to the size chart and product characteristics. Size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges (Size & Color):

We offer exchanges for size or color within 24 hours after receiving the order.

To request an exchange, the customer must:

  • Submit a request through the “Contact” form available on our website

  • Provide the order number

  • Specify the desired size or color

The item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

After validation, our team will coordinate the exchange process.



No Returns After Payment:

Once the product has been paid for, returns are not accepted due to size preference or change of mind.

However, customers have the right to inspect the product before making the payment (Cash on Delivery).

Refunds:

No cash refunds are issued.

Returns are accepted before payment only, in case the item has a defect or manufacturing issue.

All products are carefully inspected by our team before shipment to ensure quality.

Support & Complaints:
All support requests and complaints are handled exclusively via the website contact form.

في DISTINGO، رضا الزبون أولوية.

فحص المنتج:
يحق للزبون فحص المنتج قبل الدفع ورفضه في حال وجود عيب.

مراقبة الجودة:
جميع المنتجات يتم فحصها قبل الشحن.

ملاحظة المقاسات:
يرجى الرجوع إلى مخطط المقاسات وخصائص المنتج لتفادي الأخطاء. اختيار المقاس مسؤولية الزبون.

سياسة الاستبدال (المقاس أو اللون)

نوفر خدمة استبدال المقاس أو اللون خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

لطلب الاستبدال، يجب على العميل:

  • تقديم طلب عبر نموذج "اتصل بنا" المتوفر على موقعنا الإلكتروني

  • إدخال رقم الطلب

  • تحديد المقاس أو اللون المطلوب

يشترط أن يكون المنتج:

  • غير مستعمل

  • غير مغسول

  • في حالته الأصلية

بعد مراجعة الطلب والموافقة عليه، سيقوم فريقنا بالتنسيق معكم لإتمام عملية الاستبدال



الاسترجاع المالي:
لا يوجد استرجاع مالي. الإرجاع فقط قبل الدفع في حالة العيب.

الدعم والشكاوى:
تتم معالجة الطلبات والشكاوى حصريًا عبر نموذج الاتصال بالموقع.
